
1. Place your camera on a tripod.
2. Set the shutter speed to 15 seconds or more.
3. Set the aperture to F11.
4. Set the ISO to 100.
5. Set focus to manual.
6. Focus on a far away object near the launch area.
7. Re-compose the shot to capture the area that the fireworks will be displayed.
8. Use the camera's timer to prevent movement of the camera (optional).
9. Start shooting at the beginning of the show before the smoke builds if possible.
